Bluefin error d004

Hi guys newbie here looking for a bit of advice. I bought a bluefin for my megane 3 1.5dci but when it is saving original map it throws up an error saying "error reading pcm code: D004. Tried it a few times same thing this is the first step and it has me stumped. Cheers
